   For production of fruit snacks “Fruitino” dried fruits obtained as a result of processing of high quality fruits by special technologies are being used.  To make you enjoy this delicacy fruits gathered during the season are being processed by drying in order  to use them  for production all year around. Dried fruits preserve all vitamins and minerals which contain fresh fruits.

  The drying process can be divided into several important stages:

  1. Preprocessing
During  preprocessing  stage the fresh, robust fruits of good appearance are being selected. Sorted poor quality fruits are being taken away by workers  before washing and not allowed to the next stages of processing.

  2. Washing
For washing fresh water is used. If some fruits  are not washed properly they are being sorted and rewashed.

  3. Peeling and removing stones.
In this stage the processing is manual. Each fruit is being processed by worker manually and put on pan for further processing.

  4. Drying
The process of drying can be done by solar  or convection method. The fruits ripened during the summer or early autumn are being dried on solar dryers where the temperature may reach up to 90 degrees. The fruits ripened in late autumn are being dried by convection method (in electrical driers).

  5. Storing of dried fruits
After full drying the dried fruits are being put in special wooden containers and preserved in disinfected refrigerators  under the temperature maintained within the range +2-+6 degrees by Celsius.
